We were just a few blocks from downtown Seal Beach where there are plenty of restaurants.
The scenic pier is just across the way.
The neighborhood was very pleasant!
We would definitely come back and probably will since our son lives in Long Beach, minutes away!

Walking distance to the dock to grab the $5 AquaLink water taxi to go to Shoreline Village and Queen Mary in Long Beach. Owner/manager was very nice with quick responses to any questions we had. Look forward to staying there again!

  Great location right off the beach. The home was comfortable for my family of four (two small children). We enjoyed all the beach toys & gear in the garage.

The place is stocked with beach towels, and garage has plenty of beach chairs and sand toys which we put to good use. Our favorite part was how comfortable all of the beds were…we’ve used a couple of cheap Airbnb mattresses in the past, and these ones were a 10/10! The only downside I would say is that the walls seemed to be pretty thin, similar to when staying in a hotel. If noise from your neighbor bothers you, I’d recommend packing a white noise machine! Would stay again when visiting the area.

  When we first walked into the unit you could see a large black stain on the comforter. All of the floors were covered in dirt and sand. The... read more bathroom had hair all over the sink, toilet, shower, and floor. We had to scoot a bed over to accommodate a pack-n-play and that uncovered floors that appear to have never been cleaned.

The place is in a nice location. It has two units and the guest in the other unit for the first night was making noise all night. Luckily they left after the first night and the next guest was fine. The unit we stayed in was very small, much smaller than the pictures made it look like. Both the front and back door could be opened from the outside with a push, not secure at all.

The host was pleasant when we messaged them. Overall the location is nice and having off street parking is nice. The unit needs some renovations and a thorough cleaning.

In the garage you have lots of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards so no need to bring those like we did. It was about 150 steps away from the sand, 3 short blocks from Main St. which has lots of shopping, dining and the pier. The locals and neighbors were super friendly! Overall, my husband, two daughters and myself were very impressed and it suited our beach vacation. We'll be back!
